Productions
BVT productions include plays, music reviews, and Broadway style shows. Cast & crew of all productions come from the Super TROUPE class students and adult members.
Auditions: Super TROUPE students will audition for specific roles & solo parts. Ensemble parts are available to all Super TROUPE students. Depending on the needs of each specific show, adult auditions are open first to adult members then to the public.
Mission
Brazos Valley TROUPE is a non-profit volunteer-led teaching theater community in Bryan/College Station. TROUPE offers youth classes with on- & off-stage opportunities for youth and adults. TROUPE's productions range from hilarious monthly improv shows, to a wide variety of plays- both comedic and dramatic, and exciting Broadway style revues & musicals. With over 30 years of theater experience, TROUPE shows are certain to entertain while providing a hands-on learning experience for cast and crew. Our goal is to give anyone who wants to participate in theater the chance to do so in a warm, welcoming, fun, and supportive environment.
Membership
BVT is a membership based theater group. Membership is required for all class enrollments and show participation. Membership is also a great way to support BVT. Members receive discounts on tickets and merch. BVT offers individual memberships for adults and family memberships for households. Annual memberships run from Fall to Summer. Discounted summer only memberships are available during the summer session. Early bird discount on annual memberships available in early August.
Volunteers
As a volunteer-led non profit, BVT runs on volunteers. All class teachers and show directors are volunteers working alongside facilities and administrative volunteers. Parents and other involved adults are encouraged to help in various roles around the theater. From cleaning, decorating, and helping with box office, volunteers make it all happen!
